My Favorite Green Detox Spring Soup

I call this my “garden in a bowl.” It’s my favorite Healthy Soup Recipe for spring. All the fresh veggies make you feel so clean and light. Doesn’t that smell amazing when it starts to cook? This Vegan Detox Soup is a hug for your insides.

I make it every year when the first asparagus pops up. My grandson calls it “green power soup.” He laughs but he always asks for seconds. That’s how I know it’s good. This is truly the best Spring Vegetable Soup to welcome the new season.

A Little Story From My Kitchen

I first made a version of this Detox Soup by accident. My garden gave me too many zucchinis at once! I threw them in a pot with other green things. The result was this lovely, simple Cleanse Soup. I still laugh at that happy mistake.

Now it’s a tradition. Why does this matter? Food tastes better with a story. It also connects us to the earth’s rhythm. Eating what’s growing now just feels right. What’s your favorite “happy accident” recipe?

Why This Soup Makes You Feel Good

This isn’t just about eating your greens. This Gluten Free Soup is packed with good things. The spinach and broccoli give you strong vitamins. The herbs help your body feel settled. It’s a gentle reset, not a harsh cleanse.

Fun fact: The turmeric in the broth cube is a little golden secret. It’s been used for good health for thousands of years! This Easy Vegan Soup is powerful in a quiet way. Have you ever cooked with turmeric before?

The Simple Joy of Spring Veggies

Each vegetable here has a job. Sweet peas make it friendly. Asparagus makes it special. Zucchini makes it creamy. Together, they sing a spring song. This Italian Soup is inspired by how country cooks use what they have.

Why does this matter? Cooking seasonally is a small act of love. Love for your body and for the planet. It’s a Quick Detox Recipe that doesn’t stress you out. You just chop, simmer, and enjoy.

Let’s Make It Together

The best part? You can’t mess it up. Sauté your shallots until they smell sweet. Then just add the harder veggies first, like broccoli. The soft greens, like spinach, go in last. They wilt perfectly from the hot broth.

I love to serve it with toasted bread for dipping. It’s so comforting. Would you try fresh basil or parsley on top? Maybe both? Tell me, what’s your favorite bread to serve with soup? I’m always looking for new ideas to go with my Spring Vegetable Soup.
